Make sure that your document (page) is wide enough that there are no horizontal scrollbars. Now that we have our calendar selected, go to “Edit” again and click “Copy”. Dragging the side of the calendar (which is, in fact, a table) will bring up a tool-tip displaying the width and height. In my case, I reduced the width from 10 inches to 9 inches, so you should aim to make it 10-15% less wide. One final change: select the main calendar and make it a bit smaller. You can do this by selecting them and pressing the “Delete” or “Backspace” key on your keyboard. To keep things simple, I recommend you remove the two small calendars at the top. Most likely, you already have it installed, but if not, you can download it (for free) from the Mac App Store. Unfortunately, Pages does not have a calendar template, but Numbers does. Then, select the “Document” tab and, in the “Page Orientation” section, choose the landscape view. Tip: If you started with the standard Pages template (in portrait mode), you can change the page orientation to landscape by clicking on the “Document” icon in the top-right corner of the window. From the “Choose a Template” window select the “Blank Landscape” template in the “Basic” section. While it’s possible to create a calendar in Pages from scratch, it’s easier to just import it.
